With over 30 years of community management experience in both Arizona and California, Amy brings a seasoned professional approach to each community. Serving as a portfolio manager for condominiums, single family homes and commercial properties, General Manager for a large scale active adult community with over 2,000 homes, and as a Vice President of a management company her experience is wide spread benefiting not only her team but each community who is a member of the Thrive Community Management family. She currently holds her CMCA, AMS, and CAAM and will be receiving her PCAM in 2020 which is the highest national certification available to managers. In Amy's free time she enjoys traveling abroad with her husband and family, spending time at their Flagstaff home, and spoiling her grandchildren.

Melissa Overgard became passionate about the homeowner association industry when she began taking minutes for board meetings for various communities in 2016. She utilized her skills as an Administrative Assistant to further her career in the industry. Melissa is unmatched in consistently providing excellent customer service through her proven expertise, ethics and experience. Melissa has an appreciation for the challenges of the ever-changing world of community management. Her background includes roles as administrative assistant, office manager, marketing, and training, all of which contribute to her well-rounded, enthusiastic approach to team leadership. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, children, family and friends.
