Harriet Hughes

Oxford graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Theology, Harriet began her career in games publishing 20 years ago at EA, where she worked on global strategy with key stakeholders. At EA, she held the global brand responsibility for one of EA's mega brands, "Harry Potter." Harriet has led marketing teams for over a decade, most recently at Playstack, where she was the CMO.

Johan Mannerhill

Johan has more than two decades of experience from leading positions in the entertainment industry.Most recently +10 years at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he held the position Managing Director for the Home Entertainment Film, TV and Games divisions across the Nordics. Prior to this, he held leading commercial positions at Bandai Namco and Electronic Arts after starting his career in the logistics solutions industry. In addition to this, Johan has played a key role in establishing and chairing industry associations in both the Games (MDTS and Dataspelsbranschen) and the Film/TV industry (DEG).

Martin Walfisz - CEO

Martin Walfisz has been active as an entrepreneur, company manager and investor in the gaming industry for over twenty-five years. In 1997, he founded Massive Entertainment (now part of Ubisoft), where he was CEO until 2009. Since then, Martin has held senior positions and board assignments in a number of game companies, as well as building up the game investment business Nordisk Games for the media group Egmont.
