Jennifer serves as our business office manager, responsible for all accounts payable and receivable. She ensures that all invoices are promptly paid and tracks costs on a job-by-job basis, making for easy job cost tracking and simple accountability. She also manages the insurance needs for our subcontractors, our company, and most importantly, our clients. Jennifer works closely with clients throughout the entire design process with cost tracking, scheduling, and contracts from beginning stages to closing, coordinating bank funding, closings, and move-ins. Kyle Berryman brings extensive skills and knowledge to the building process with more than 12 years in the construction industry spanning custom residential construction, remodeling projects, and commercial construction. Our team takes great pride in attention to detail and a high level of customer service, confirmed in the quality of homes produced among our outstanding subcontractors' combined years of experience. Kyle's role as a General Contractor is to oversee and assist clients from the initial planning and design phase, through construction, closing, and move-in, working closely with each client to deliver the unique vision of their home. He is in constant communication with subcontractors, scheduling and overseeing the entire project.
