Manage and direct safety programs for Belfor Property Restoration and 160 employees. Responsible for all MIOSHA, OSHA, NFPA, Federal and State regulations in General/Construction Industries. Responsible for training and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety Manual, policies and procedures. Maintain all vital training records and documentation. Investigate and review all company accidents and injuries. Implement safety policies and procedures through data drive evaluations. Statistical analysis of workman comp and injury statistics used to further build safety program and components. Continuous improvement through training, evaluation and communication with team members.
