Mr. AbdulRahman combines education in Journalism, Law, Industrial Relations and Performing Arts. He had Diploma in Mass Communication from University of Lagos in 1986, He moved to University of Ilorin in 1993 where he came out with B.A degree in Performing Arts in 1997, he also obtained Master of Industrial relations from University of Ilorin in the year 2000. In 2002, he enrolled for Law at the same University and obtained his LLB (Hons) in 2005, he finished from the Nigerian Law School Abuja Campus in 2007.

Alhaji Olaniyan was admitted to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1977 where he obtained a Diploma in Mathematics/Education in 1979. He also obtained a B.Sc (Hons) in Business Administration from University of Abuja in the year 2000.
He worked as a teacher first in Lafiagi Kwara state in 1968 then in Bida Niger state 1969-1972. In 1973, he joined Barclays Bank of Nigeria Ltd (now Union Bank) as a supervisor; His experience in the Bank covers Data processing (I.T), Branch operations, Training, Debt Management and recovery, Marketing and Area Office Administration. As at the time of his retirement in 2007, he had risen to the position of Senior Manager in Ilorin Area office of Union Bank.
His wealth of experience in the banking sector has been of immense benefit to Welfare Microfinance Bank Ltd. He is currently serving the Bank as a member of the Board of Directors and as Chairman Board Audit Committee.
He started work at Nigerian Television Authority, Ilorin in 1978 as a News Assistant and rose to the position of Reportorial Unit Head by 1996, he moved to Kwara State Television Authority in 1996 as Principal Editor where he also rose to the position of Director, News and Current Affairs in 2010 and in 2010 he moved to Kwara State University as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Performing Arts. He is currently a Research fellow II, Law Department also at Kwara State University, Malete. He is a member of two professional bodies, Nigerian Bar Association and Nigerian Union of Journalist (NJU). His wealth of experience in the Journalism and Law sector has been of immense benefit to Welfare Microfinance Bank Ltd. He is currently serving the Bank as a member of the Board of Director and as the Chairman of Board Staff Welfare Committee.
He started work as a lecturer in Economics at the College of Education, Kafanchan, Kaduna State while serving as a youth corp. member in 1981. He then moved to being a tutor in Economics at Oduduwa College Ile Ife in 1982 from where he joined the Kwara State College of Education as a lecturer in Economics in 1986 to 2006. His status on retirement was chief lecturer, HATISS 14 (Equivalent to G.L. 15). He is the principal Consultant, Almus Consulting in Ilorin from 2006 to date.
He is a member of various professional bodies, some of which are Institute for Operations Research of Nigeria (INFORN) (Fellow), Nigerian Economic Society (NES) (Member). He is a Director at Ilorin Microfinance Bank, Director, University of Ilorin Consultancy Service Centre, Member Board of Directors, Ibu-Aje Microfinance Bank in Osogbo.
He has published and edited lots of works. His wealth of experience in the Economics sector has been of immense benefit to Welfare Microfinance Bank Ltd. He is currently serving the Bank as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Badmus Aliu Alabi Olanrewaju got his first degree in Economics (B.Sc) from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1981. He obtained an M.Sc degree in Agric Economics from University of Ife in 1984.
He started his banking career with Trade Bank Plc in 1993 where he rose from Graduate Assistance to Head of IT Audit of the bank in 2001 and by 2003; he became the Manager of Inspection Department. When Trade Bank went under, he was absorbed by Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) where he served as a Senior Manager before he went into private business in 2007. He joined Welfare Microfinance Bank Ltd. On the 26th of January, 2015 as the pioneer Managing Director.

He is the Managing Director of Welfare Microfinance Bank Ltd. He started his higher education with Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) in Mathematics from Lagos state college of education and proceeded to University of Lagos where he got his degree in Mathematics (Ed). He also has an MBA and post graduate Diploma in computing before obtaining a master's degree in EducationTechnology from University of Ilorin in 2014.

Abdullateef Usman was born in Achim-Odan Ghana on 17th October 1957 to the fmily of Usman Jimoh of blessed memory. He is a fellow of Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (FNERC) Research Fellow of the National Center for Hydropower Research Development. He attended the famous Offa Grammer School Offa and the school of Basic studies of Kwara state College of Technology where he sat for the University of Cambridge Local examination Syndicate. He studied Economics at the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University where he obtained B.Sc and Ph.D. 1984 amd 2004 respectively. He was also at the University of Ilorin where he obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics between 1987 and 1997. He has skill in utility pricing and distribution. He was the immediate past Vice Chancellor of Fountain University Osogbo and he is also a member of the board of Apeks Microfinance Bank.
