Katie Sullivan

Katie Sullivan is Marketing Director at Boylston Properties, leading all corporate marketing as well as for the firm's unique portfolio of real estate developments. Katie develops and manages the strategies that drive exciting and experiential placemaking, build community, and attract tenants and visitors to its retail, restaurant, residential, office/lab, and hotel spaces. Katie leads the marketing strategies that will launch and support the phased opening of Arsenal Yards, a $400 million mixed use re-development in Watertown. Prior to Boylston Properties, Katie was head of marketing communications at HqO, a tenant experience software solution for commercial real estate, where she drove all go-to-market, branding, content, PR, social, and event strategy for the proptech startup. Katie also spent more than 10 years working in PR and marketing firms in Boston, helping technology clients of all sizes and stages of development to launch, nurture and succeed with their marcomm campaigns. Katie received her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and currently resides in the Arsenal Yards neighborhood of Watertown.

Kristen Kenny

Kristen Kenny is the chair of the Watertown Arts Market. She grew up with artists and musicians on both sides of her family; creativity was welcomed and encouraged. Kristen has worked in many fine art mediums, but also film making, theater, music promotion and booking, costuming, and clothing design. Currently, She enjoys constructing small sculptures and continues to design and construct clothing for myself and others. (Grown-up job: Research Compliance) Kristen is also on the Watertown Cultural Council and moon-lights as the Event Coordinator for Earfull - a performance series. When not doing any of these things she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and traveling.

Lilia Weisfeldt

As the owner of Ballroom in Boston, Lilia Weisfeldt is a dance instructor, competitor, and businesswoman extraordinaire. Her love for dancing started when she was a student at Wellesley College, where she was invited to join the prestigious MIT Ballroom Dance Team. Competing on the team eventually led to a teaching gig-which soon grew into a full-blown teaching career. Working with beginners quickly became Lilia's joie de vivre. Since 2006, she has been helping adults overcome their doubts about the dancefloor, coaching them to success with social dancing, wedding dances, and in competitions. Lilia has extensive competitive experience in the styles of rhythm, latin, smooth, and theater arts, and currently competes professionally in country dancing as well (yee-haw!). When she's not teaching or dancing, Lilia is also an active volunteer with the Rotary Club of Watertown, the Watertown Business Coalition, Boston Wedding Group, and The Philanthropy Connection. Lilia also loves spending time with her wonderful husband, Steve, and their dog, Layla.

Susan Surabian

Susan Surabian: CSR Leader: In this role, Susan collaborates with key stakeholders across the company to integrate corporate responsibility concepts into company strategies and stakeholder engagement activities to advance Arranta Bio's Corporate Social Responsibility program and create positive social impact and business value. Susan leads the grassroots program with internal and external groups to identify new opportunities to address social and environmental challenges. The groups work closely with the Leadership team on governance and corporate responsibility issues. During her time at Arranta, Susan has held several roles, including leading programs that encourage STEM education and help bridge the opportunity gap for underprivileged students, support employee efforts in the community and help establish sustainability practices within the growing organization. Susan serves on the Watertown Business Coalition board as the Life Science Ambassador to helps build strong community relationships. Susan is currently a member of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship and a member of the Women in Boston Organization. She has partnered with a local program to improve diversity in STEM education. Susan has focused on community outreach and volunteering with a goal to spread kindness and equality with steady perseverance. She believes that consistency in the workplace and in employees' everyday lives is key to improving the future of the life sciences industry and beyond. She stated, "Without a parallel evolution of each individuals' responsible behaviors the CSR program, our corporate strategies cannot be a reality. Our purpose is to create connections with each other to help others thrive in their everyday lives. Today, those connections are more important than ever, and I feel fortunate to be part of a team living out that purpose".
