Colin Loynachan comes to us from Cedar Rapids Iowa. Colin attended St. Olaf College for music composition and theory. Colin provides live sound, broadcast and studio engineering for clients based in the five state area. Colin is a talented songwriter, arranger, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist himself. Colin is a natural fit for us as a producer and system engineer.

Hans Okerstrom is the Minneapolis Director of Property Management and Asset Services at Transwestern, providing leadership for the oversight of more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate. With more than 28 years of experience, Hans is skilled in strategic planning, financial analysis, lease negotiating and project management. He has been responsible for more than $750M of value in renovation and repositioning improvement work.
With a background in program management and event logistics, Kinzie contributes organized and detailed support to our team through office management and event coordination.
Loren Wiklander, founder of Wiklander & Associates LLC. has over 40 years' experience in the professional sound production industry! He is a well-respected leader and comes to the table with a positive attitude and a wealth of knowledge. In the 90's he developed The IMPACT custom sound system when he was owner of Southern Thunder Sound. He worked large festivals, tours, including Hank Williams Jr. Travis Tritt, David Bowie's Tin Machine and Manhattan Transfer to name a few. He has worked with numerous US. Presidents and bands too many to count. Loren is a true asset to the industry.
Joining the team with over 15 years of live production experience, Matt brings his keen eye for market trends and knowledge of the constantly developing industry to every bit of his work. His passion for music production, corporate engineering and technological advances inspires clients to explore all options with a clear understanding.

- Acoustic Modeling and Audio Engineer
Mike Ciccone is a recent graduate of IPR, earning degrees in both Live Sound and Audio Production. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio State, and has a strong background in 3D modeling. Mike will be focusing on creating accurate and detailed acoustic simulations of your event spaces, in order to deliver customized and optimized sound reinforcement system solutions.
