The company introduced Japan's fully automatic steel grating production line in 1994 and officially put it into production. After years of development, it now has 4 flat steel production lines, 17 advanced pressure welding production lines, 3 hot-dip galvanizing production lines, 1 railing and light steel structural parts production workshop, annual production capacity of steel grating and accessories reaches 120,000 tons. At present, the company can produce flat steel 19*3mm 150*10mm, spacing 12.5mm 100mm full specification of steel grating products. At the same time, the company has independent intellectual property rights for the R&D and design of pressure welding machines, nationally recognized enterprise technology R&D center, and a post-doctoral mobile workstation.
