James previously worked for a European real estate Fund Manager as a Director where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing investment opportunities in the UK and Europe. He has also worked for property consultants Nelson Bakewell and for bank BNP Paribas in both Paris and London.
Shilen has over 20 years' experience in real estate and financial markets. He was previously a Partner at a real estate private equity business overseeing origination and management across UK and European platforms. Shilen also has previous experience with LaSalle Investment Management and Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance.
