Carianne is a vital member of the team providing a relentless energy in getting results through the Planning process. She has a fantastic knowledge of HMO planning policies across the South and beyond, she has also built a glowing reputation in planning consultancy and winning appeals against the Local Authority for clients.

- Architectural Technologist
Charlie is one of our Technologists who is an experienced Co-Living designer and HMO expert - he has become a trusted Technologist within our team with great technical knowledge that helps us across the board with our projects from residential home owners to investors and developers.
Emma is a meticulous member our team with an eye for detail and creative flair, she also has a BA Hons Architectural Design & Technology. She is skilled in both Revit and Lumion software which enables Applecore to really showcase its designs with incredible rendering. Her eye for detail and quest for solutions also makes her a valuable member of the team for us and her clients.

Maisie has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience in planning, contract admin and architecture which helps the team on both a technical side and encourages ‘outside the box' thinking with her creative ideas. She is fully capable of handling a project from start to completion - both residential and commercial - and has experience in both Revit and AutoCAD.
Olly is a planning assistant at Applecore PDM and is responsible for all planning related matters, including site appraisals, preparing planning applications, pre-applications, and planning appeals.
Olly is a valuable addition to the team, having spent six years with a local planning authority, and bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge, particularly with regard to planning legislation and lawful development.
His experience working in local government has seen him develop a well-constructed understanding of the planning system, and the multitude of issues affecting residential and commercial development.

Sam is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology and has 20 years of experience in the industry across the south and beyond, working with Planning, Building Regulations, PDRs, Structural Engineering, and has in the past decade has become an HMO expert in converting, maximising and future proofing these properties.
