Anne Cannings

Anne has over 30 years' experience of learning and development, conducting organisational needs assessments, reviewing and implementing learning and development processes, providing 1:1 coaching and delivering a wide range of leadership and management programmes. Anne has a BA (hons) in Business Studies and studied for an MSc in Organisational Behaviour. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is qualified and registered to use a wide range of psychometric materials.

Claire Burgess

Claire is an experienced facilitator and award-winning coach, with a passion for women's leadership and career development, improving resilience and wellbeing, and training others in coaching skills. She works both 1:1 and with groups across a range of sectors. Her style is participative and experiential, working with clients to embed their learning into their everyday practice. Claire has an MSc in Occupational Psychology as well as an ILM qualification in Coaching and Mentoring. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Special Group in Coaching Psychology, and is accredited to use a number of psychometric tests.

Helen Geoghegan

Helen is an experienced coach, facilitator and talent development consultant who has an extensive track record of harnessing and supporting talent development through Career and Executive Coaching and Development Programmes. Her early career in corporate management and HRD roles has enabled her to apply her substantial experience to her coaching practice, in both the public and private sector. Helen is an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner Level. She holds an ILM Level 5 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring and is qualified as a Master Practitioner in NLP. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Institute of Leadership and Management, the Association for Coaching UK, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Jo Pogson

Passionate about people and driven to help them to be as productive as they can, Jo's background as a police officer and active service as a merchant navy sailor gives her a unique perspective on the challenges people can face in their lives and how to overcome them. With over 20 years facilitation and coaching experience, Jo's specialisms lie in the fields of conflict, assertiveness and talent retention. Jo has been a Chartered Management Institute approved Trainer and Assessor and designed, developed and delivered numerous Leadership, Management and Organisational Development programmes for Public, Private and Charity sector clients. During her career, Jo has been a regular contributor to 'The Daily Dose' feature on Helen Blaby's BBC Radio Northampton show; Keynote Speaker at the SSAFA Joint Professionals Conference 2013; achieved annual feedback scores of 98% or higher and received consistently high quality observational feedback evaluation from Heads of Training. Jo is a qualified DISC practitioner, Belbin practitioner and a member of Mensa.

Lynne May

Lynne is passionate about the art and science of learning and the difference it can make to people and businesses. She believes that everyone has a huge amount of untapped potential and, that with the right type of learning and support, people can excel. She has more than 25 years' experience of learning and development, starting at the Body Shop as part of the management training team, moving to the Grass Roots Group as Training Manager, and finally establishing her own learning and development company. Lynne has a BA in History and English. She is a Master NLP Practitioner and Accelerated Learning Practitioner. She holds an ITD Certificate in Training and Development and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Margaret Wood

Margaret has 25 years' experience in learning and development. Her main area of interest is women's development and, for 11 years, she had course responsibility for it in a large government department. Since becoming self-employed she has continued to specialise in this area and recently, with the publication of the gender pay gap statistics, she is focusing on the impact the menopause can have on women's careers. Her other work mainly involves personal effectiveness, especially influencing skills. Margaret has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and a SFEDI Level 5 Certificate in Providing Professional Business and Enterprise Support Services. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. She is qualified to use a range of psychometric instruments.

Rukshana Horwood

Rukshana is a people development consultant with extensive experience in Leadership Coaching, Training/Learning and Development, Performance Transformation and Management, Strategic Management and Customer Service Excellence. Her consulting expertise is supported by a career in senior roles with British Airways, including recruiting, project work and managing large service delivery teams. Rukshana is an accredited Facet5 Psychometric Profile Practitioner and Coach, and is the recipient of the Institute of Customer Service [ICS] Silver Solutions Award. She has a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology.

Sue Fu

Sue's extensive consultancy experience is built on the foundations of successful career at British Airways, providing a corporate wide L&D service to the management community and, latterly, the commercial directorate. As a senior learning and development business partner and coach with 25 years' experience, both at home and abroad, Sue has a proven track record in the management of high-profile learning and development projects in times of change, the scoping, design and development of medium and large-scale training programmes along 70:20:10 principles (including digital learning), as well as the delivery of face-to-face training and facilitation. Sue has a BA (Hons) in modern languages and social economics and a post graduate diploma for bi-lingual executive assistants. She is a qualified transactional analysis psychotherapeutic counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist and neuro-linguistic practitioner. She is also qualified in the use of MBTI, DiSC and SDI instruments.

Sue Graham

Her HR Director and business partner background provides a proven record of successful implementation of key 'people agendas' to drive employee engagement and satisfaction levels. Sue holds a BA (Hons) in Geography with History from Exeter University and a Diploma in Life Coaching from Newcastle College. She is also a qualified NLP, MiRO and MBTI Practitioner.

Tony Walton
