Born in Oxford, but growing up in Torbay I have plenty of experience in customer service roles and love meeting new people. My role has developed to Admin Manager over the last few years with Accounting 4 Everything, meaning I support our team as well as being the first contact for any new clients, and keeping in touch with existing clients.
I enjoy supporting clients as best as I can and ensuring that clients feel welcome and feel able to ask for support when needed.

Born in Plymouth, I spent 14 years living near Newcastle before moving back to the Bay, which is my "home". Having been in practice for 22 years (in both small and mid size firms), I have seen massive changes in both our industry and the business community as a whole. I have spent many years specialising in the cloud solutions and management accounting, assisting clients to have the most efficient accounting system and up to date timely information to enable rapid decision making and planning for the future.
If I have one aim working here, is to ensure that you are always treated as important, and that I can help alleviate any worries that you have. I want you to be able to concentrate on the important things, and the things you are good at, which is running your business, not worrying about the compliance side.
I am Xero certified (amongst others), ensuring that I am always up to date with the changes in the software solutions.
