Adam Zaabel (he/him) manages the borrower application experience and lender verification at NEWITY. Bringing seven years of experience in direct lending, lender services, and financial due diligence, Adam is an expert in PPP loans with a deep understanding of the program's governing rules and regulations as well as its complex guidance. Adam has gained valuable experience in the healthcare, construction, specialty finance, and general manufacturing industries.

Brian Fisher (he/him) is responsible for the oversight of the escalated member services team. Brian brings more than 30 years of experience growing and developing banks, small businesses, and people. During his tenure in the banking industry, Brian's responsibilities centered on business banking, credit administration, talent development, and executive management.
Bryan Hallene (he/him) is responsible for daily operational management for NEWITY including implementation of workflow strategy and business processes. Bryan holds a Bachelor's degree from Augustana College, where he double-majored in Accounting and Business Administration.
David Cody founded NEWITY with a focus on utilizing technology to better support entrepreneurs, driven by three decades of asset management, business development, and capital formation experience.
As Co-Founder, Co-CEO, David provides strategic guidance for NEWITY. David's proven track record of identifying market dislocations and developing successful businesses around them provides traction to build upon NEWITY's success to-date. David's ability to think big-picture and spearhead partnerships enriches the depth and breadth of the NEWITY market.
Eric Colandrea (he/him) is the General Counsel of NEWITY, LLC. General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Easterly Asset ManagementPreviously, Mr. Colandrea was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Easterly Asset Management LP and its affiliates, which included SEC-registered investment advisers and a broker dealer.
Frank Dowie (he/him) oversees the creation and execution of the strategic direction of NEWITY's Business Services group.

Luke LaHaie launched NEWITY with a drive to provide small businesses better support, guided by years of diverse industry experience - including expertise in commercial lending, transaction advisory, audit, tax, and lender services.
As Co-Founder / Co-CEO, Luke leads all facets of the business from loan originations and investment strategy to portfolio management and partner network expansion. His leadership fuels the growth of NEWITY's market, in service of the American entrepreneur.
Luke LaHaie was the managing director at a private debt fund, overseeing portfolio management, credit analysis/underwriting, investment committee presentation, investor relations, and new business development. He also focused on a wide variety of industries, delivering transaction advisory and lender-based services at RedRidge and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Luke holds a master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in both Illinois and Michigan, and a CFA® Charterholder.

Rachel Williams (she/her) leads implementation of strategic initiatives for NEWITY. In this capacity, Rachel stewards all aspects of business development including planning and partnership integration. Rachel works closely with NEWITY's marketing team to foster new growth and member engagement.
Samson Lam (he/him) brings over six years of transaction service experience to the NEWITY team and has assisted both strategic and private equity clients for both buy-side and sell-side engagements with targets and sellers based both in the US and globally. He is responsible for assisting over $3 billion loans and has an extensive quality of earnings experience.
