Dr. James Lee has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Structural Engineering from the National University of Ireland, Galway, a Master of Science, with Distinction, in Bridge Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computational Mechanics from University of Surrey, UK. He is also a Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers in the United Kingdom and a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council of the UK.
