Howard Research and Consulting Group, LLC is a Woman-Owned small business founded in 2021 by Aminah Perkins, Ph.D. We create meaningful and relatable solutions from complex problems to tell stories using data. Our work can be counted upon to be both rigorous and accessible to a wide range of stakeholders. We are known for being data driven in our decision making, and using both qualitative and quantitative data, as necessary, for a more nuanced and thorough result. We provide a thoughtful and informed perspective on equitable methods for data collection, data interpretation, and data use... Aminah's experience spans school districts, higher education, and government agencies and grants. Aminah earned her Ph.D. in Educational Studies and measurement from Emory University, her M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia, and her B.S. in mathematics from Spelman College.
