As a lifelong learner and educator, Tia combines her passion for diversity, inclusion and equity with innovative training techniques to help groups experience cultural shifts. Her intention is to educate people on the realities of systemic oppression while empowering others to highlight their lived experiences with racism and other forms of oppression. Her ultimate goal is to equip everyone with the tools to serve as change agents in their professional and personal lives... Dr. Tia provides Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) services to corporations, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions.
