Brian started Brian Linc, Architect, LLC in 2014 after receiving requests to provide architectural design documents for a few small local commercial projects and custom homes in northeast Ohio. Since then, the business has grown and has begun teaming with design/build companies that require design assistance in the development of construction and permit drawings... Brian's commitment to providing the best design quality possible that meets the desires and needs of his clients is what drives each facet of his operation every day... Brian has teamed with design/build firms, contractors, and engineers to provide designs. Brian believes that strong communication and following through with commitments are the keys to a successful project.
