Jean has over 10 years experience in the Information Technologies industry. He spent the last 5 years in the call centre industry working with both inbound and outbound centres. Data analytics and database preparation consist of his primary tasks. Within the call centre circle, he has worked with major insurance and cellular companies. He joined Brownstone with the aim to ensure FEDS is up-to-date and enhanced for maximized information management and data analytics.
JG completed his Information System Engineering Course with CTI in 2006. He has more than 6 years of extensive experience in the VoIP industry, creating new innovative solutions for corporate clients using Linux based solutions. JG has championed the Bits solution from inception and is involved in every aspect thereof. He joined Brownstone fulltime in 2012.
Stephan completed the Information System Software Development Course with CTI in 2011 and is currently studying Project Management and working towards a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems. He joined Brownstone in May 2012 as a Web Developer and worked on projects such as the Metrics App and Dashboard App. He specialises in Bits and is now the support for the entire Bits system. Stephan has experience in working with different programming languages such as ASP.NET and PHP, has knowledge of MYSQL, CSS 3.0 and HTML and has worked with different systems from Linux based systems to asterisk.
