The event centre is situated in the famous Sri Chitra Mill Compound, Kalamassery that housed a textile factory built in 1932, which was later purchased by the Chakolas group in 1947. To date the factory building boasts of many outstanding architectural features such as the 32 meter tall brick chimney and the timeless galleried structure.
