CONSTRUCTING WELLBEING

Constructing Wellbeing provide a solution by offering your managers and/or site staff expert certified CPD training to recognise signs and symptoms of poor mental health and problematic substance use. As well as this, we offer ways for individuals to take responsibility for their wellbeing through support and sign-posting. The group training provides an opportunity to challenge the "tough guy" stereo-type by reducing the stigma around mental health problems and by fostering a culture of ‘looking out for' our for work mates and colleagues... Through on-site mental health and drug & alcohol awareness training, we work to improve the wellbeing of all construction site staff, creating a safer, happier work environment for all.
