I am a holistic licensed professional counselor living my dream doing what I love. I work with individuals concerned with depression, life transitions, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, disordered/binge eating, women's issues, men's issues, and relationship issues. My counseling style is warm, accepting, challenging and empowering. I have worked in a variety of settings, including a residential and IOP facility for eating disorders, school-based settings and outpatient clinics. Additionally, I have lived and practiced in many states over the years, including Mississippi, Oregon, Texas and Minnesota.
