I gained the experience of working in both an agile and kanban software development process... The second project illustrates a case study for the Design Leaders Group in Denver, DLG. For the Design Leader Group, a research project was conducted to reveal member engagement and improve group initiatives. Within both projects I walk through the entire user experience research and design process including the exploratory, discovery, strategy, design, and delivery stages.
