Lori Ann Lessel

Lori began working with the team at Stifel in 2005, bringing more than 15 years of experience in compliance-related roles. She assists Robert and Patty by providing daily administrative support and managing the team's operations, trading, social media, and marketing efforts. She is also responsible for organizing the team's various and frequent client meetings. With service as her primary focus, she maintains a strong knowledge of clients' account-related needs through periodic communication, fielding client questions, and resolving issues. Lori and her husband, Pete, live in Canton and enjoy riding their Harley and spending time up North.

Patty J. Dawson

Patty began her investment industry career in 1984 and joined Stifel in 2005. She holds Series 6, 7, 22, 63, and 65 securities licenses and earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Barton College. Patty's wealth management process is designed to help people plan for the expected and to prepare for the unexpected. Splitting her time between Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Wilson, North Carolina, she enjoys collaborating with each of her clients while developing comprehensive wealth management plans. In her spare time, Patty enjoys biking, reading, and baking. She is proud to be a member of the YMCA and the Arts Council in Wilson, North Carolina.

Robert Henry

Robert began his investment industry career as an intern at Legg Mason in 2005. Prior to joining Stifel in 2019, Robert was an Associate Vice President/Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors for nearly 12 years. He holds Series 7, 31, and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities). In addition, Robert attained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® designations from the College for Financial Planning. He earned a B.S. in Business from Champlain College. Robert is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses develop financial and investment strategies that suit their needs, goals, and risk tolerance. His practice focuses on providing his clients with targeted, comprehensive financial guidance and asset management strategies, all while delivering a high level of personal service and professional integrity. Robert is passionate about supporting non-profits that support children with special needs. He has been a head coach with the Special Olympics baseball team and treasurer with the March of Dimes for five years. Currently, Robert is an advisory council member at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital and Von Voightlander Women's Hospital. He is also a young professional board member of North Star Reach, a camp for children with serious health challenges. Robert and his wife, Kate, have two daughters, Madison and Natalie, and live in Ann Arbor. Robert enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and being his wife's sous chef.
