Frederick L. Dispensiere is a former member of the Fair Haven, NJ Police Department, the Monmouth County, NJ Prosecutor's Office Detective Division, and the Monmouth County Police Academy. He retired from the Prosecutor's Office as a Detective Lieutenant, with over 26 years of active-duty law enforcement experience. In 1998 after retiring from the Prosecutor's Office he became the Senior Training Officer at the Police Academy until he retired in 2011 with over 12 years of service at the Academy.
Mr. Dispensiere is a Certified Public Manager by the State of NJ. He is a member of the following organizations: International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI), NJ Chapter of the IAAI (Life Member), Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI), National Rifle Association (NRA) Life Member, Veterans of Foreign Wars (Life Member), Monmouth County NJ Retired Detectives Association, Silver Life Member of NJ State Policemen's Benevolent Association, and is a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus. He is an honorably discharged veteran of the US Marine Corps and served in the Republic of South Vietnam with the 7th Marine Regiment of the 1st Marine Division.
