Our aim is to offer, to coaches from all philosophical backgrounds and approaches, events that give them contained space to create, expansive, generative conversations. We want to positively parallel the working practice that we use as coaches. This is the intentional belief that those who come are all whole, resourceful, creative and flourish in relationship with others... Our practice is always based in the relational, so are our events. Whether you know anyone there or not, you will leave feeling energised and excited by the profession we all love. We know that the work we do, allows us all to work with clients so that they can go back to their system/their world/their environment with new insights and new perspectives and energy to move forward.
