The Emory Roybal Center for Caregiving Mastery (P30AG064200) was established in September 2019 and is one of 13 active Edward R. Roybal Centers for Translational Research in the Behavioral and Social Sciences supported by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The aim of these centers, which are structured within the conceptual framework of the multidirectional, translational NIH Stage Model, is to promote translation and integration of basic behavioral and social research findings through interventions to improve the lives of older adults and their families and also to support the capacity of institutions to address societal aging...
