Christopher P. Cherry - CFO

Mr. Cherry has over 20 years of corporate accounting and audit experience. Mr. Cherry has extensive corporate experience and has held senior-level positions for several public mining companies, including director, CFO and secretary. Mr. Cherry has been a chartered accountant since February, 2009, and a certified general accountant since 2004. In his former experience as an auditor, he held positions with KPMG and Davidson and Co. LLP in Vancouver, where he gained experience as an auditor for junior public companies and as an initial public offering specialist. Mr. Cherry served as CFO of the Company since 2016. Beginning in the corporate communications field, he has worked with several public and private companies in a wide variety of sectors including mining, high-tech and the biotech industries. Mr. Watters helped create the corporate identities for several small start-ups as well as heading up their corporate communications departments. Mr. Watters is currently Business Development for East Africa Metals Inc. as well as serving as Director several to other Public Companies. He has been the President of his own private investment vehicle, Talisman Venture Partners since 1999.

David Berg - CEO

Mr. Berg's corporate experience includes a 28-year career with Canada's largest employer, Loblaw Companies. As the Vice President of Operations in Western Canada, he was responsible for a business unit representing $1.5 billion in annual revenue and over 8500 employees. He was also instrumental in the creation, development, and direction of several corporate initiatives which began as new business concepts and eventually secured a dominant position in their competitive arena. His experience in the fertilizer industry includes the role of Chairman and Director of Potash One (TSX:KCL). Over a 5-year period he actively contributed to its successful development from an early stage exploration company to the completion of its feasibility study with a stated NPV of over 4 Billion dollars. He was closely involved in the friendly acquisition of Potash One by K+S Group of Germany for $4.50 per share in a $434 million cash transaction. After this, K+S Group committed $3.25 billion for the development of the Legacy potash project acquired in the takeover. He is currently the advisor, founder, and director of numerous publicly traded companies.

Eugene Hodgson

Mr. Hodgson is an accomplished and widely respected senior executive with over 30 years of experience. An agile networker he connects businesses with expertise and financing sources. A strategic board member for a number of companies, industries associations and community groups, he has held leadership roles in both the private and public sector. Serving as chief executive officer, chief financial officer and strategic adviser, he has helped build numerous companies in the technology, renewable energy and natural resources sectors. Mr. Hodgson is a sought-after public policy and government relations adviser having worked for the British Columbia and Northwest Territories governments, where he spent his formative years. A seasoned negotiator, he is a specialist in first nations relations and business development. Mr. Hodgson served on the Gitzugluka First Nations Economic Development Board, set up to advise the federal government on strategies to increase economic participation of indigenous peoples in the Canadian economy. While vice-president of Corpfinance (western region) he worked on several first nations renewable energy projects on the West Coast. Mr. Hodgson is also a proven fundraiser and advocate, volunteering on various business and community associations over his life and career. He co-founded Families for School Seismic Safety (FSSS) which successfully secured over $2-billion in financing for B.C. school seismic upgrades . He also served on the National Tourism Advisory Board, CANWEA Public Affairs Committee, IPPBC Advisory Board and chair of the IPPBC Governance Review Committee., CEABC Marketing Committee. and the Vancouver Board of Trade as a director and chair of the communications committee. Mr. Hodgson is a recipient of the Queen's Silver Jubilee Medal. Mr. Hodgson is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a BA in economics and political science.
