Abigail Evans - VP of Sales

Abigail is your all-around ORACLE super S.M.E. / Subject Matter Expert. She's done both the functional and technical side of any Oracle work. She is both an experienced and certified Oracle Developer, and a Business Systems Analyst who has a long list of successful Oracle implementation projects. Abigail has spent time with HeadStrong, Deloitte Consulting, NeoCortex, ShutterFly. com and InfoBlox. Along the way, she has further extended her experience and knowledge-base, in all things functional and technical/ programming. Now with Excelym, she mainly focuses in the Oracle NetSuite platform, helping clients big and small, go through successful implementation, customization, integration and support engagements. She is based out of San Francisco, California.

Alice Tucker - VP of Sales

Alice is your expert for all things within finance - including forecasting and budgeting, financial reporting and analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and financial systems. With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, she has developed skills that will help transform any organization. She brings new ideas to manage FP&A deliverables, allowing for more streamlined planning processes, more integrated systems and automated processes, and increased company interaction and engagement from the finance team, especially in the NetSuite and Adaptive Planning solutions ecosystem. She received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the Arizona Christian University in Phoenix, AZ. Since then she has been in the field, working in non-profit, public and private equity sectors. She has served in management for several years and loves the opportunity to train and develop others in their finance careers. During her time in private equity (Vista Private Equity), she led the M&A in finance - managing the integrations for over 7 acquisitions of various sizes and complexities. She enjoys the challenge that each unique acquisition brings. Alice thrives in consulting work because she enjoys seeing change within organizations, meeting and working with new people, and having impact on strategic projects. She is based just outside of Sacramento, CA, but has experience working with companies all over the world.

Althea Castillo - VP of Sales

Althea is an accomplished business-focused IT professional, with more than 20 years experience in business transformation, solution delivery and systems implementation. She worked in Indra IT consulting for more than 10 years in projects across Asia, UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East before moving to Australia to continue her career as an independent IT Consultant. Althea has an industrial engineering degree and her passion is in business analysis, being her customers' trusted partner and rolling up her sleeves to get the job done. Althea is based in Sydney, Australia. Leader in business transformation, solution delivery and systems implementation, with more than 20 years experience.

Armand Arbois - VP of Sales

Armand is a highly experienced Project Manager with more than 11 years of Project Management roles with USA Fortune 1,000 Companies such as: Accenture, JP Morgan Chase and Optum Global Solution (UnitedHealth Group). In these roles, he was client-facing and heavily interacting and collaborating with American coworkers and end-clients on a daily basis - always wearing a dual hat: Project Management and Account Management. He is ITIL Foundation Certified. Armand is super experienced in End-to-End IT Project Management from project initiation, planning, transition, implementation, support, and future growth and expansions. He is skilled in being the liaise between the business stakeholders and IT Operations, supporting the progress and deliverables to facilitate successful project outcomes. He Helps bridge the gap and interprets the IT Operations technical terminology to layman's terms for the stakeholders. In his current role at Excelym, Armand is responsible for managing the delivery of NetSuite Services. Apart from his focus on Project and Account Management, from a technical standpoint, he is skilled in systems integration (eg. Netsuite and WooCommerce, Zoura, etc.). Armand finished with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering, and is a Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer. A seasoned project and account manager with experience from U.S. Fortune 1,000 companies.

Arthur Avacena - VP of Sales

Josh Abel

Josh is an experienced strategic thinker with extensive knowledge in the M&A process with an advanced skill in financial forecasting models, cash management systems, and risk assessment tools. He is a highly organized and detail-oriented leader with a focus on developing effective financial systems and processes. Josh earned his Master's degree in finance from the University of Colorado. He has extensive industry experience and has held roles in finance and operations positions throughout his career. In 2021, Josh concluded a seven year stint with a growing startup by navigating the sale of the company to a global retailer. Since then, Josh has enjoyed being an independent contractor supporting a diverse client list across various functional areas of business. Josh has a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies, streamlining processes and procedures, and optimizing overall business performance. Kate Arbois - CEO, VP of Sales

Kate has almost two decades of experience in ORACLE NetSuite ERP implementations, custom software development and design. She has pioneered the ERP packaged solution business and has successfully managed projects for SMBs and large enterprises. She last worked for NetSuite, where as always, she accumulated high satisfaction ratings working with clients in the services, retail and manufacturing industries from the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Kate co-founded Excelym and has focused in leading its NetSuite practice, shuttling back and forth the USA where most clients are, and the Philippines where Excelym has a big I.T. Ops Center, like NetSuite. Kate earned her MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University and Regis University (Denver, CO), a joint MBA Program. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of the Philippines.

Scott Herckis - VP of Sales

What good is the best financial advice if you can't really understand how to leverage it? Scott knows how to deliver the best financial counsel. What sets him apart from many other financial types is his ability to communicate so well with the people in need of his expertise. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. He earned his CPA while working in Arthur Andersen's Audit and Assurance Department for five years. Later he worked in the fashion and apparel industry (Tory Burch, etc.): as a Controller, then as Vice President of Finance, and finally as CFO/ Chief Financial Officer.

Serge Ybanez - VP of Sales

An expert in Technology Services, Serge Ybanez founded Excelym with the belief that with a capable management model and an extremely efficient technology arm, businesses both small and large can benefit from an onshore-offshore model. Serge earned his joint Master's Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA - an MS in Management/ MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and an MS in Systems Engineering from the MIT School of Engineering. His graduate school Thesis was on "Growth Strategies: How Software Start-Ups Can Leverage Alliances, Acquisitions, IPOs and Venture Capital". He is based out of San Francisco, California. An experienced Business Technology Consultant, he has led a variety of small to large projects that seek to optimize business operations, increase sales and revenue, and improve end-customer satisfaction - with the aid of information technology. Serge has worked in a diverse set of industries & countries (Asia, Europe and North America), and in various roles and consulting engagements. He has over 25 years of Business I.T. Consulting experience at companies such as Deloitte Consulting. He has had successful projects with many Fortune 500 Companies (e.g. Volkswagen, Cisco, HP and Disney ) and the U.S. Federal Government.

Teresa Bautista - VP of Sales

Teresa has over 10 years of experience in business software development & implementation, business process analysis, client management and brand marketing. Prior to focusing on anything and everything ORACLE NetSuite, she was the brand and product specialist for an HRIS + Payroll System for a decade. Here, she was the lead in implementations, as well as sales and channel enablement. She handled marketing activities and developed strategies for the brand, a portfolio of end-to-end business solutions for SMBs. Teresa started with Excelym in 2016, and since then has harnessed an extensive repertoire of successful NetSuite projects across a varied landscape of industries and business challenges. A majority of her exposure has been engaging with the Software, Data, Saas/ Tech portfolio companies of Vista Private Equity. She traverses the Pacific quite often, focusing on client delivery in the USA on one side, and leading the Business Analysts Team on the other side - at Excelym's I.T. Ops Center in the Philippines. Teresa graduated with a degree in BS in Management from the University of the Philippines, Cebu.

Tim Darch - VP of Sales
