FOOTE & MEYER, PLLC, was established in 2017 when Theron A. Foote and his associate Mason A. Meyer formed a partnership. The firm is a small town, general practice law firm with offices located in Warsaw and Nunda, New York. Theron A. Foote and Mason A. Meyer represent clients in various areas of practice, including real estate; wills; estate planning; probate and estate administration; business, corporate, and LLC formation; adoptions; landlord tenant law; collections; and foreclosures. The firm also represents multiple municipalities and financial institutions. Additionally, the firm has working relationships with other attorneys to assist our clients in matters involving bankruptcy, social security, workers compensation, civil litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death.
Mason started working part time with Theron A. Foote in 2011 while finishing law school. He was admited to the New York State Bar in 2013 and became a partner in 2017. The focus of Mason's legal practice has been in the areas of real estate transactions, business formation, business succession planning, wills and estate planning, as well as estate administration. An integral part of his practice is representing local businesses and farms in our agriculural community navigate the various business transactions they encounter. In addition, Mason practices in the areas of collections, landlord tenant, and foreclosures of both mortgages and delinquent real property tax liens.
He was born and raised in Wyoming County and spent most of his childhood working on his family's dairy farm, pictured above; he continues to assist on the farm today. His knowledge and commitment to the agricultural industry allows him to represent farms and other agricultural related businesses in an insightful way.
Mason has a deep connection to his local community where he volunteers with the local fire company as a fire fighter, EMT, and a past assistant chief and chief. Mason is a past president of the Wyoming County Bar Association and has previously been involved with New York State's High School Mock Trial Program both as an attorney advisor and as the Wyoming County Coordinator for the program.

Theron A. Foote, a graduate of Wharton School of Economics and Syracuse University, is a general practitioner who has been practicing law for the past fifty years in Western New York. As such, Mr. Foote has a great deal of experience in all areas of the law practiced by the firm, with particular expertise in Real Estate, Estates Practice and Mortgage Foreclosures.
Mr. Foote, known as "Theron" to his Livingston County clients and colleagues, and as "Terry" to his Wyoming County clients and colleagues, grew up in Nunda, New York. Following his attendance at ROTC, he served two years as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
His love of the law is rivaled only by his love of sports, fly fishing, and vegetable gardening, which is where he can be found when not in the office.
