The average income of the people we target every year is $3500 yet good real estate investment opportunities start at about $30K which is almost 10 years worth of their income even if they never spent a coin on their earns. Returns from Real estate outstrip returns from the financial services market with property appreciating on average 20% per year and rental income averaging 1% per month. This is the problem we want to address to create opportunities for investing for those currently excluded from the property market because of their limited resources.
