Britney Yochum holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Georgia and a Master's Degree from Colorado State University. With a decade of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, she has excelled in various roles encompassing sales, marketing, and finance.
Beyond her professional life, Britney is a dedicated wife and mother, calling Roswell, GA home with her family. Her two young daughters, Avery and Addison, keep her happily occupied. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and discovering new restaurants.

Karen graduated with a degree from Oglethorpe University in 1972. She has been in the financial services business for over 35 years and started Vining Financial Service, Inc. in 1996 and was rebranded to Incompass Financial Partners, LLC. in 2020.
The financial planning process can be complicated and overwhelming for many people. Karen is passionate in educating each client and is committed to helping each person reach the level of understanding that they need.
Karen is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC®) as well as a member of Financial Services Institute (FSI). She is a 9 year Five Star Wealth Manager award winner. Karen holds various industry licenses and registrations including FINRA, series 7, 24, 63, 65 as well as Georgia insurance licenses for Life, Health, Disability, Variable Annuities, and Variable Universal Life. Karen is securities licensed in multiple states.
Karen is involved in her community and the Catholic Church of St. Ann, where she has been a parishioner for over 35 years. She has served on the church's financial Committee, as well as previous involvement with the St. Ann Life Teen program and past member of the Parent 4 Life Teen Board. Karen has been a member of the East Cobb YMCA for over 25 years and a current YMCA board member. Karen is a past board member at Aloha to Aging, Inc. which serves our senior community and has positively impacted over 2,000 families to better understand and respond to the ever-changing needs associated with caring for an aging person.

Lucy graduated from Clemson University with a BA in Economics. After graduation, she worked for C&S National Bank (Bank of America) for 8 years. She was an Assistant Vice President and held positions as a Commercial Lending Officer and then as an Assistant Product Manager of Electronic Banking in the Corporate Cash Management department. Lucy has been working for our company since 1996. She has her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Lucy's primary responsibilities include client service & support, as well as assisting with financial planning and reporting.
Lucy enjoys sewing, crafting & traveling! She is an avid college football fan. As a 3 rd generation Clemson Tiger, she bleeds orange. She has 2 daughters - her oldest is a GT Yellow Jacket (Lucy's other favorite team) and her younger daughter continued the Clemson tradition. She is blessed to have 2 grandchildren who live nearby.
Born and raised in upstate New York, Odessa claims her southern roots from her Mother's side of the family and moved to Georgia in 1978.
She worked as an Academic Records Specialist in Emory University's Registrar's Office for 20+ years where she served as a resource for the university community on all matters related to student academic records and associated policies and procedures. She provided front-line functional expertise for over 60 academic departments and ten schools for the student records system.
In 2004 she accepted the position of Office Manager for Balanced Financial Principles which is now Incompass Financial Partners. Her primary responsibilities include office administration, client reporting, portfolio and analytical support, and servicing clients and their accounts.
Odessa and her husband, Bob, currently reside in Social Circle, GA with their German Shepherd, Rusty. Rusty is the fourth German Shepherd that the Walker's have rescued over the years. She volunteers in her church nursery, enjoys spending time with friends and family (especially her granddaughter who is an aspiring dancer with the Atlanta Ballet), and most of the time has Southern Gospel Music playing around her.

Trevor's professional designations include CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He earned the CFP® certification from the University of Georgia. Trevor also earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Trevor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The University of Georgia, and went on to earn an MBA with an emphasis on portfolio management from Colorado State University. He has successfully passed the following industry examinations: Series 7, 66, and SIE.
Prior to starting Incompass, Trevor has worked at the home office of Triad Advisors, our brokerage firm.
Trevor was raised in Suwanee, GA. He and his wife, Britney, currently reside in Roswell, GA with Avery (2), and their new born baby girl, Addison. In his spare time, Trevor enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, going to sporting events, and traveling.
