IFS RECRUITING - Key Persons
Anastacia Knepper began her political career in 2009 working in a California State Assembly office where she gained valuable field experience cultivating key community relationships. By the 2012 election cycle she was fundraising for a target Congressional race, State Assembly race, County Supervisor race, and a local bond measure. She became the Finance Director for the San Diego Republican Party in 2013 where she helped to produce their monthly committee meetings, donor appreciation events and the annual Lincoln Reagan dinner with record setting attendance that resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars raised for local party efforts each year.
During this time she continued to fundraise for political candidates and committees along with another targeted congressional race, the California Republican Party, and the National Republican Congressional Committee.
With the close of the 2014 election cycle, Anastacia Knepper opened her own consulting firm. Her work includes fundraising for political candidates, both on the local and national levels, consulting for political action committees and non-profits, and developing in-house fundraising programs. She recently expanded her consulting to the field of land use where she has worked to develop and implement strategies to galvanize community support for various residential development projects.
Anastacia has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego and lives in Point Loma with her husband Tommy and their 4 children.
As a recruiter Ariel has experience in staffing nationwide campaigns which include city council, state, and non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining IFS, Ariel was serving a leadership role at a non-profit organization based out of the South Bay in San Diego, California. In this role she acquired expertise in the areas of managing teams, adaptability, influence within an organization, leadership skills, managing grants, networking internationally, and the implementation of projects both nationally and abroad.
Ariel also serves as a liaison for a Non-Profit organization based out of Lyantonde, Uganda. This comes after networking while studying abroad in Africa. Specializing in sponsorship, funding, and implementing micro credit projects among women in rural villages.
Ariel received a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University in International Security and Conflict Resolution. She currently resides in San Diego, CA.
Tiffany serves as a recruiter at In Field Strategies.
With an extensive background in hiring and management Tiffany oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of IFS employees. She works in collaboration with the recruitment department to support strategic initiatives of IFS clients.
Prior to joining In Field Strategies, Tiffany spent 8 years in management and sales. She hired, trained and lead multiple teams to reach their objectives successfully. She well versed in numerous applicant tracking systems and Human Resource databases ensuring a superior hiring process at IFS.
Tiffany holds a B.S. in Apparel Merchandising and Management with a minor in Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
She currently resides in San Diego, CA.
