A lifelong entrepreneur, Joel Smith is a CEO who is committed to the ongoing success of ISP and its innovative industry leadership. He has spent the last 20 years as a creative visionary seeking to improve the lives of others through developing innovative product solutions and successful business cultivation. In every role of his career, Joel has served as a strong pillar of leadership toward the overall design and implementation of business development and operational strategy.
When becoming Vice President of Sales and Director of Business Development at Impact Wireless, Joel developed and executed successful programs to improve employee training and sales. These programs were eventually adopted by Sprint Corporate and others nationwide. He has earned countless accolades recognizing his leadership talent and relentless pursuit of award-winning business operations.
Joel is currently most passionate about the daily operations he oversees at ISP. As a Chief Operating Officer turned CEO, Joel Smith has developed a unique perspective when it comes to addressing the challenges his customers face in their business and everyday lives regarding wireless internet communication. His understanding of what customers need and what it takes to see a business succeed, make him extremely valuable to ISP and greatly beneficial for the businesses and individuals who partner with us.

Notably, Steve was awarded Platinum Partner, the most prestigious recognition in the cellular industry a total of 8 times out of the 10 years with Sprint.
With a nationwide perspective, Steve's entrepreneurial-minded thought leadership is recognized as an expert in processes related to revolutionizing wireless technology, with several career advancements to his name. At one point, Steve was selected to become Master Dealer, one of only three in the nation after serving for only two years on the Certified Business Dealer Council board. His impressive career history has focused on advancing wireless technology with consumers and business to business operations by providing fast, efficient, and innovative products and mobile internet devices.
