Today, Jay focuses his practice on personal injury and product defect litigation, appellate law, construction, and business litigation. He has handled cases at all levels of the South Carolina appellate system. Jay has published articles on appellate practice in South Carolina as well as on a variety of other topics and has been a speaker with the South Carolina Bar Association's Law School for Non-Lawyers Program... Jay has been recognized in Best Lawyers - a selection based entirely on votes from other lawyers. He has also been named to Greenville Business Magazine's Legal Elite in the areas of Personal Injury, Construction Law, Insurance Law, and Business Litigation, again based on votes of his colleagues.
