Ken Kincaid is the owner and President of KPS. He has been a trainer and consultant for over thirty-five years working with private and government organizations. Ken is an internationally known speaker at conferences all over North America. Ken has a Master's degree in Communications and a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Management. He has been certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Human Performance Improvement Consultant and teaches in the SHRM PHR-SPHR Learning Program. Ken's first career was that of a firefighter and fire officer. Retiring as an Assistant Chief he lives and has an office in Orlando, Florida.
