I began my career as a licensed real estate agent in Houston, Texas in 1976 and prior to focusing on the loan industry I was President and CEO of a firm that specialized in real-estate partnerships and resort hotel financing. I have been involved in billions of dollars of real estate and real estate debt transactions and have been active in deals in every state in the United States as well as Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Spain, Italy and Germany. On a personal note I live in Tampa Florida, I have been married to my wife Vicki for 40 years and have two sons and 4 grandchildren. In June of 2000 I lost my 17 year-old son Tyler in a rodeo accident. This horrific life-changing event led me to form and operate the Tyler Blount Memorial Foundation for 15 years.

I have over (30) years experience exclusively as a loan sale advisor and have been involved in all disciplines of commercial real estate for (45) years.
