LITE was founded by the husband and wife team of Billboard and Janelle Murrell. They have been married for the last 20 years and have four children, two of whom are teenagers pursuing Associate degrees in Arts and two are students of LITE... LITE Preschool and Primary School is an educational institution in Barbados specializing in remedial care for students with special needs, specifically those with learning difficulties, as well as ‘regular' children. Currently, our school is comprised of amazing students, some of whom have Downs Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Speech and language difficulties, ADHD, Dyslexia and a range of other learning difficulties but to us, there are children who just need the opportunity to flourish, with a loving and nurturing helping hand to guide them.
