A born and raised Southern California native, Media has a first-hand understanding and knowledge of the local real estate market as well as the experience and educational background to support it. After the completion of his Bachelors studies in Business Administration with an emphasis on management and marketing, Media continued his studies to furthermore strengthen his financial acumen by obtaining his Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus and specialization in Finance... Armed with the education, passion, and love for Finance, Media then applied his experience and studies to a career in banking and mortgage lending. This proved to be a successful endeavor and provided not only an invaluable knowledge of real estate finance, but also a first-hand experience of the ins and outs of both the mortgage industry and the real estate industry as well as how they work individually and collectively as a whole.
