Mrs, Egharevba Aderonke Abimbola is an Executive member of the Board of Directors of Osesea Global Services Limited. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate in Mineral Resources Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti and also a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Health, Safety and Environmental Education from the University of Benin, Edo State. She currently works at D'Havard Preparatory School as the Proprietor of the School. She is a seasoned professional with deals and operational experience in personnel management, health, safety and environmental management.

Engr. Victor EGHAREVBA is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Osesea Global Services Limited. He has over 20years experience working in the Oil & Gas industry and in the allied industry. Engr. Victor has extensive Management, Construction, Installation and Contracting experience in both the downstream and upstream sector in the oil & gas industry. During the course of his experience, Engr. Victor developed Models to efficiently handle Mechanical Construction Projects, Asset Integrity Management and Strategic Procurement Services having held various senior management positions in other Companies. Before his resignation from Gramen Petroserve Nigeria Limited, Engr. Victor served as the Project Director, seeking viable projects and negotiating contracts in Nigeria and abroad. While with Gramen, he had responsibility for design, construction and operation of all operational projects, including production facilities, pipelines, offshore platform fabrication and plants. In addition to all engineering, construction and facility installation functions, he also had responsibility for contracting at the same time. Engr. Victor holds B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State. He is both a Corporate Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and a COREN registered Engineer.
