P.A.I. RESTORATION

In 2009 when I shifted into this part of the industry, I never thought I'd start my own restoration company. I was just excited to find an area of the industry I really enjoyed and was really good at. It gave me a chance to meet new people and get to know them on a personal level while helping them find solutions to their restoration needs, handling it all for them all the way through to "a job well done!" In this industry the number of roofing companies are vast and the turnover ratio for employees is high and for good reason… with most home or commercial property projects, there are usually multiple subcontractors involved and all kinds of people in between. We've all heard the horror stories about unsuspecting homeowners and contractors and there's usually just as many stories that you don't hear about that take place on the inside of some companies about unsuspecting employees. I can personally testify to this kind of pain. That, coupled with seeing the pain of others on all sides..
