POULTRY PROTEIN & FAT COUNCIL

The Poultry Protein & Fat Council was formed to provide funding for research on related topics in the poultry rendering industry. Renderers agreed that research was an urgent and vital need and have funded over $2.2 million in subsequent years on numerous topics... The Poultry Protein Fat Council (PPFC) grew out of leadership action by the poultry rendering industry to develop uses and maximum value for poultry by-products. The PPFC was organized in 1988.
