Joining Recon has been a different experience for me. I have an associates degree in science, where I was a Nursing major. Life has a way of changing the plans that we have for ourselves. After meeting the partners of Recon Design and Build, I knew I wanted to become part of this team. Those were the qualities that drew me to this company, and after working on the job I know that I made the right decision. Although I am currently working in the field crew, I am training to become one of the lead project managers.
