Technology and technological transformation became a very vocal part and key player in composing Retail inMotion‘s future melody and LSG Group‘s lead scheme for tomorrow. With the right amount of pragmatism, self-reflection and adjusting our course of action, we can face our customers, partners and suppliers with confidence when providing suggestions for future products and solutions. 2021 we focused on reacting and successfully providing adjusted products to the ‚new normal‘ of ancillary and onboard retail technology during the pandemic. In 2022 we embarked on a joint journey between Retail inMotion‘s Technology and LSG Group‘s Digitization and Technology teams to challenge our own assumptions and identify, tackle, and remove obstacles in our way forward. I am excited to see the fruit of this.
