Amy Barrentine is a managing director in the Assed Based Lending Group for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. Amy leads the ABL Originations team for SunTrust's Commercial Banking Markets. She joined SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in March 2005 at the formation of SunTrust's ABL group and has been instrumental in the platform's growth. Amy has 27 years of bank- ing experience primarily in asset-based lending, with the majority of her career focused on originations and underwriting. Prior to joining SunTrust, she was an SVP and senior underwriter for both CIT Business Credit in Atlanta and Bank of America and its predecessor organizations including NationsBank, Fleet Bank and Bank of New England. Amy has experience financing both publicly and privately-held companies in a diverse range of industries and transaction types. Amy received a Bachelor of Arts from Mercer University in 1990. She also holds security licenses series 79, 63 and 24. Amy resides in Atlanta, Georgia. When not working, Amy is active volunteering at her children's schools and attending their various extracurricular events.

Doug Jung

Doug Jung has over 35 years of experience with diverse diligence, field exam, audit, credit, management, advisory, finance and forensic investigations experience. During his lending career, Doug has performed or managed hundreds of specialized diligence assignments or ABL field exams annually. He has hired, trained or worked with well over a hundred field exam professionals and staff. He started Hilco Diligence Services in the fall of 2013. He performs ABL field exams and transactions advisory services for its clients, which include all the major banks, non-bank lenders, PE firms or directly with companies. Doug began his career in public accounting, is a non-active CPA and entered the asset-based lending industry as the field examination Manager for Fidelcor Business Credit. He was responsible for managing his team in conducting new business surveys, recurring exams, hiring and training staff, as well as training outside resources. Doug was recruited from Fidelcor to join a JPMorgan predecessor bank to build an ABL team, which ultimately became the ABL product group for the investment bank and the work out group. He then joined AlixPartners and also started his own firm Jupiter Advisory Group before joining Hilco.

Frank is a member of the Secured Finance Network, the Turnaround Management Association, New York Institute of Credit, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City. Janet Jarrett was the Managing Director, Head of Asset Based Lending Group (ABL) and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. (STRH). Prior to her current role, Janet held various roles at STRH including of Head of Asset Based Lending and Head of Originations for the ABL Group. Janet has over 20 years of experience in corporate and investment banking with an emphasis in asset-based capital markets and leveraged finance. Joe Accardi, retired, is the former Head of New Business Development for the Asset-Based Lending group at M&T Bank. He has held leadership positions in new business development, marketing, and portfolio management at Santander, Siemens Financial, National Bank of Canada, and National Westminster Bank. As a longtime member of SFNet, he has served on the board and the education committee. He was a faculty member at the New York Institute of Credit for 14 years, and served two terms on its board of trustees. He was also a founding member of the New Jersey chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Joe holds a B.A. cum laude in economics from Rowan University and an MBA in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Leadership Development Programme at London Business School.

Jordan Klein routinely advises banks, finance companies, and other lenders in complex credit transactions. He has extensive experience with various types of debt financings, including asset-based lending and cash-flow transactions, senior secured first lien and second lien loan financings, unitranche loan financings, and mezzanine loan financings. In addition, Jordan represents financial institutions in troubled loans/distressed lending transactions, loan workouts, restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings. His practice also includes negotiating various intercreditor and subordination agreements in 1st lien/2nd lien, split collateral, and mezzanine financing scenarios. Jordan has represented banks, finance companies, other lenders, and borrowers in complex financings, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, debtor-in-possession financings, exit financings, and in troubled loan restructurings and workouts. At 35, Jordan was the youngest winner of D Magazine's "Best Lawyers in Dallas" Award in 2016, in the Banking & Finance category. He has also previously been named an "Outstanding Lawyer Under 40" by the Cardozo Society of the Jewish Federation of Dallas. Jordan is a mentor to many associates at the firm, and serves on the Dallas office's Recruiting Committee. He is involved in various charitable organizations around Dallas, and also performs pro bono work at the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program Clinic from time to time, assisting low-income individuals with little-to-no means to afford legal services. Additionally, he is a member of The Texas Exes, the alumni association for the University of Texas at Austin, and a member of The Finance Forum, a networking forum for finance professional.
