Amanda Rodriguez moved to North Carolina as a young girl, and has been living here ever since. Amanda truly enjoys the small town feel and sense of community that Alamance and Guilford County have to offer. Amanda enjoys traveling to different areas of North Carolina in her free time. Amanda, is a mother of 2 boys, and believes being family oriented is important - when Amanda isn't at work she is most certainly spending time with her family. Amanda has been in customer service and sales related fields since beginning her professional career, and given her experience she knows the importance of putting her client's needs at the top of her list through each step of the real estate process. Amanda takes pride in helping her clients reach their real estate goals, and she thoroughly enjoys working in the real estate industry.
After 30 years in corporate, international business, Barbara decided to finally work in the field she always wanted - real estate. It's something that she's wanted to do for years. Helping families solve their real estate needs and reach their goals. There's nothing like helping that first time home buyer, a seller needing to list their home, or helping buyers who are relocating to the area. Having two sons serving in the military, Barbara wanted to be able to give special attention and guidance to those who serve and defend. She obtained her Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification and works with many VA clients. Communication and honesty is the key to making the home buying or selling experience rewarding - both for the client and herself. Barbara is dedicated to seeing all her clients reach their goals and dreams in their real estate transactions.
Brenton Scales is originally from Madison, North Carolina, and currently lives just across Rockingham County in Eden, NC. Brenton's greatest passion is having a significant positive impact on the lives of others. Brenton shares "I was raised in a traditional household grounded deeply in Christian principles." Brenton has always had an interest in real estate particularly the fix and flip process, as well as everyday home buying and selling. Having spent the majority of his life in North Carolina and Rockingham County, Brenton knows this territory very well and has a love for the feel of the area, the people and the geography. Brenton has developed many skills in his professional career that aid him in serving his real estate clients today. Brenton is diligent, respectful, business oriented and reliable. When Brenton is not working you may see him out running, hiking, drawing - or even singing!
Bryan is a native of North Carolina and has spent all of his life in the greater Triad area. Born and raised in Madison, NC - Rockingham County. A graduate of UNC Greensboro, Bryan has spent his time since graduation working with the public. In 2016 Bryan obtained his real estate license to help his wife Shaunna as her real estate business was expanding rapidly. Bryan currently serves as the Marketing Manager for The Overman Group. Bryan specializes in real estate marketing as well as training new team members on the systems and technologies that make The Overman Group a top 1% team in the Triad market and top 5% team nationwide.
Fotini Casper grew up in the Triad and started honing her sales skills at a very young age, working in a family owned restaurant where she was was taught honesty, loyalty, ethics and to always put a customers needs first. She is knowledgeable of the area & appreciates the scenic beauty the Triad has to offer. She spends her free time kayaking local lakes and photographing area wildlife.
