Alex Martin

As General Manager, Asset Strategy and Valuations at Goodman Group, Alex is responsible for providing specialist advice relating to valuations, acquisitions and disposals, rentals, financial modelling and feasibilities for Goodman's portfolio in Australia. Alex is the valuation subject matter expert for Goodman's Australian business and has a key focus on the performance of each asset. Alex joined Goodman in 2006, and prior to that worked at JLL as National Director Valuation Advisory - NSW from 2004 to 2006 and at Savills as Director Valuations in charge of Western Sydney from 2000 to 2004.

Anthony Alexander

As Director of Investment Management at Goodman Group, Anthony is responsible for the operation of Goodman Australia Partnership (GAP), Goodman Australia Development Partnership (GADP) and KWASA - Goodman Australia Partnership (KGIP). These partnerships invest in quality logistics and business park assets on the eastern seaboard of Australia, focusing on stable annual income and total returns for investors. The three portfolios consist of 48 industrial and office space properties with a combined value of more than $8.0 billion. Anthony provides valuable portfolio analysis, and repositioning when needed, ensuring performance is aligned with overall partnership strategy. Anthony has almost 20 years' experience in real estate Funds Management. During his time at Goodman, he has built strong relationships with international and domestics investors.

Ben McGilp

Ben is responsible for the overall operations of the development business in Australia including coordination of new business, planning and design, project management and infrastructure delivery functions. Ben joined Goodman (then Macquarie Goodman) in November 2004 as Project Manager Victoria, where his key responsibility was development delivery. He progressed in various roles including General Manager SA, General Manager NSW Developments and General Manager VIC. Prior to joining Goodman Group, Ben was a Project Manager with Hooker Cockram.

Brendon Quinn

  • General Manager, NSW Industrial Developments
Brendon joined Goodman in 2007 and is now General Manager of the NSW Industrial Development business managing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver an end value of approximately $500 million per year. He started his career in large scale infrastructure projects followed by a seven-year period in roles with Lend Lease based in Singapore and Hong Kong with experiences across a sectors including pharmaceutical, industrial, residential, and commercial. At Goodman, Brendon has transitioned from Project Management through to Development Management and has been instrumental in several of the business' most successful developments including Amazon, Coles, DHL, Metcash, Linfox, Toll and Woolworths.

Daniel Brekan

  • General Manager, Queensland
As General Manager - Queensland for Goodman Group, Daniel is responsible for the overall operations of Goodman's stabilised investment development and property services division in Queensland. The Queensland portfolio includes a $1 billion development pipeline and $2 billion of industrial assets. Key customers include Amazon, Coles, Woolworths, Australian Post, FedEx, AMart, Iron Mountain, DB Schenker, Silk Contract Logistics, and Chep.

David Foster

Job Titles:
  • General Manager, Property Investments
David has 28 years experience in commercial and industrial property and has overall responsibility for the Capital Transactions team being responsible for sourcing and executing on new investment opportunities and coordinating property disposals in Australia David has been with Goodman since 2011 when he joined as a result of the ING Industrial Fund acquisition, where he was the Head of Capital Transactions having joined ING in 2003. Prior to ING, David was Head of Industrial, NSW for CBRE.

Jason Little

Job Titles:
  • Chief Executive Officer, Australia
Jason is responsible for the overall operations of the Australian business including financial, strategic growth, resourcing and leadership. He was appointed General Manager in 2007 after joining Goodman in 2003 as Manager of Capital Transactions. Jason was appointed to Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Jason has more than 25 years experience in the property industry, including previous Executive roles at Grant Samuel and Paul Ramsay Holdings. Jason is the Chairman of Moorabbin Airport Corporation, and is a Board Member of the Goodman Foundation.

Kerrie Muskens

Holding a track record in highly commercial marketing and corporate affairs roles with multi-jurisdictional remits, Kerrie brings together disciplines to drive the corporate agenda, including change, growth and/or the repositioning of corporate brands in the market. Kerrie joined Goodman Group in July 2020 and has adopted a strategic leadership approach spearheading the Australian marketing and communications team.

Richard Saliba

Job Titles:
  • Chief Operating Officer, Australia
As Chief Operating Officer at Goodman Group, Richard is responsible for the operations, sustainability, and finance of Goodman's Australian business which comprises 160 high quality industrial properties. He works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team to develop and deliver Goodman Australia's business strategy. With a background in chartered accountancy, Richard has worked in professional practice and business, including more than 18 years with Goodman where he has led financial and management reporting, treasury, strategy and planning, and analysis.

Richard Wilson

Job Titles:

Richard is responsible for the day-to-day operations of GAIP, including its financial and portfolio performance, reporting to Security holders and the Board and enhancing the Partnership's portfolio in line with its investment objectives. He has over 25 years of experience in the property funds management industry in both listed and unlisted products, initially in finance and investment analysis and more recently in corporate transactions and structuring. Prior to joining Goodman, Richard was the fund manager for Multiplex Capital's unlisted funds.

Samantha Evans

Samantha is the General Counsel for Goodman Australia. Samantha is qualified to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales, Victoria and the United Kingdom. Samantha has over 20 years experience as a lawyer and specialised in property, construction and finance transactions whilst in private practice. In private practice, Samantha worked with King & Wood Mallesons and Norton Rose. She holds Bachelor of Law degrees in European Legal Studies from Southampton University and Madrid Complutense University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Simon Lavercombe

As General Manager, People and Culture - Goodman Group, Simon is responsible for human resources within the Australian business including learning and development, recruitment and on-boarding, performance, reward, talent, and regional initiatives. With over 20 years' of Human Resources experience, Simon has successfully led improvement initiatives that support Goodman's values of investing in the development of our people. Simon leads a team of dedicated professionals who support Goodman's business strategy of providing long-term sustainable solutions that benefit customers and deliver returns for investors. Prior to joining Goodman in 2007, Simon worked for Kelly Services as a Human Resources Advisor.

Stephanie Partridge

Stephanie joined Goodman in January 2008 and is now a General Manager responsible for the successful delivery of Goodman's most challenging and complex developments across Western Sydney, NSW. She currently leads a multi-disciplined project team to deliver a work in progress value of approximately $1 billion in infrastructure and construction activity, inclusive of the Amazon and Coles project at Oakdale West Industrial Estate. Stephanie is an Alumni of Harvard Business School where she completed her executive education in leadership.

Tim Lewis

In his role as General Manager of Property Services Australia, Tim is responsible for the overall operations of Goodman's stabilised investments and Property Services division. Prior to his current role, Tim spent nine years as head of asset services for ING Industrial Fund before its acquisition by Goodman. Tim has over 30 years of experience in industrial property management, valuation and capital transactions.

Travis Hardman

Travis joined Goodman in October 2003 and is responsible for the overall strategy and operations within the Group's southern states (VIC, SA and WA). In this role, he oversees new developments, acquisitions, disposals, as well as property management - maximising the asset performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Having completed over 1.5 million square metres of developments with an end value over of $3 billion, as well as capital transactions of over $2 billion, Travis has a deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of industrial property. He is known for leading high performing teams to deliver best in class projects, on time and on budget.
