The carpets looked brand new and the tile grout was back to the original color (which I didn't think was possible). Happy to report we got our entire deposit back, and I'd like to think the clean appearance (after over a year of 3 kids and multiple kids parties) was a huge role in this! The technician even worked around us loading..
