Alex is a founder, educator, and advocate for mental health and wellbeing among students. Before founding Uni Esports, Alex ran a successful tutoring and academic mentorship business in the SF Bay Area. He holds an MA from San Francisco State, where he studied political theory. Alex's interest in the political and economic landscape of public higher education in the US has fueled his work with Uni, where he leads research, product development, and data efforts.

Dr. Jay Prescott is the VP of Student Affairs at Grand View University, the founder of the Grand View esports program, and the Director of NAECAD (National Association of Esports Coaches and Directors). At NAECAD, Jay leads the largest professional development organization for coaches and directors today. He is a trusted and highly connected member of the collegiate esports community.
As a former professional athlete with the Colorado Rapids MLS team and a first-generation esports program developer, Jesse combines deep experience in traditional athletics and esports. He holds an MA in Humanities from Dominican University of California, where he studied Philosophy and Arts-Based Research. At Uni, Jesse leads internal operations, sales, and organizational strategy. He is a passionate gamer and a former Starcraft II Grandmaster.
Kiernan has been providing dedicated and freelance esports consulting to athletic conferences and individual institutions for over four years. He was most recently the esports director for the MAAC conference, and has worked with several other conferences to help them ideate and execute an esports strategy. He joins Uni as the Athletic Conference Advisor, providing guidance and best-practice knowledge to help shape the infrastructure of collegiate esports.

As a life-long gamer and having catalyzed the development of multiple collegiate esports programs at the grass roots level, Monica is deeply experienced with esports and collegiate esports program development. She holds a BA from Albright College and has a passion for health and well-being. At Uni, Monica leads content marketing efforts and manages Looking For Group operations. You can catch her on Summoner's Rift playing a mean mid lane Diana.
