David Huber specializes in consulting and planning services, tax compliance, taxation of closely held corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts and high net worth individuals. In addition, he has experience in assisting clients with the Internal Revenue Service and California Franchise Tax Board audits.
His past experience also includes a wide range of financial reporting services, including audits, reviews, and compilations for closely held entities in a variety of industries including the construction, automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, and retail industries.
David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of California and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
David lives in Moorpark with his wife and three children. In his time outside the office David enjoys going to the gym, surfing, fishing, and watching football and hockey.

Mark S. Varshawsky has over 37 years of experience in public accounting, which includes providing services in accounting, management, taxes & financial consulting. He has focused on small businesses, from start-up companies to those worth $20 million in addition to individual client consulting. Most of his business comes from clients who refer their friends and business associates to a "CPA who makes sense of all financial matters."
