Chris joined the practice team in September 2019 after managing a number of successful London based clinics, including a clinic management role within a Harley Street based medical centre and an integrated corporate medical clinic situated in a major global investment firm in the City of London. His aim is to assist in developing and modernising the dental practice, whilst ensuring the patients of the practice continue to receive the highest level of patient care. Outside of his role, Chris has in the past been lucky enough to represent the country as a youth rugby player and spent 7 years playing rugby at a Professional level. He likes to take part in regular physical activity challenges for charity including long distance cycling, hiking and running events. He now resides in Leamington Spa after hailing originally from Northampton.

Dr Kirpal Dhaliwal's patients respect him for his honesty, informative style and his kind nature. It is incredibly important to Dr Dhaliwal that all patients are involved in every step of the treatment planning, to ensure that the right choice is made to suit individual needs. Whether the patient needs the most simple or complex treatment to regain their dental health, Dr Dhaliwal will do his utmost to help the patient feel comfortable. Outside of work Dr Dhaliwal likes to push himself in different types of challenges. These include running the London Marathon and taking part in Triathlons. He has even appeared on television shows Total Wipeout and Ninja Warrior. All this is balanced with the toughest challenge of all, raising three fast growing children!

Doug became a partner at the practice in 2013 and in the same year was shortlisted for "Best Young Dentist" at the Dentistry Awards. In 2017 Doug became the first digital dentist representative for the International Digital Dental Academy. In 2018 Doug was awarded the certificate in Aesthetic and Restorative dentistry by the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry through examination and case presentation and in 2019 became a regional representative for the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a beta tester for 3Shape and RolandDG. Outside dentistry, Doug is the proud father of two boys, Sam and Ollie. His interests include guitar playing, singing and snowboarding.
